By accessing or using Chipsi Kitaa ("Service"), including our WhatsApp-based ordering and communication channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Chipsi Kitaa provides food ordering and vendor management services via WhatsApp. Our Service may use automated messaging and programmatic tools (including WhatsApp Business API / Cloud API) to process orders, send confirmations, and deliver updates. By using the Service you consent to receiving such automated communications.
3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to harass others, send spam, transmit harmful or illegal content, or attempt to disrupt the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of order and contact information you provide.
4. Orders, Payment, and Delivery
Orders placed via WhatsApp or our channels are subject to availability and our acceptance. Payment terms (including mobile money, cash, or other methods) and delivery areas are as communicated at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in line with our policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The Chipsi Kitaa name, logo, and all related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chipsi Kitaa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order or service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
